Regular exercise can help seniors stay healthy and fit, both physically and mentally. Even exercising a few 10-minute sessions per day is better than not exercising at all.

Wall push-ups: Can help strengthen and tone your arms, and the wall makes the exercise easier than regular push-ups.
Make exercise social Try interacting with others while exercising, such as video calling friends and loved ones. Studies have shown that staying socially active can be as important as staying physically active.
